JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Booker to join FOX & Friends First. From booking the right guest to capturing the perfect moment on camera, you have a knack for storytelling. You're a creative go-getter. As the Booker, you find the best part of a story and make it matter to a national audience. You know how to get the exclusive. You have the right attitude and understand that morning television requires a level of unique commitment - unlike any other daypart on television.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book high-profile guests and produce in-studio segments
• Field produce with the ability to shoot, write and edit packages for air
• Conduct pre-interviews and in-depth research on a wide range of topics
• Pitch stories daily
• Be creative and think 'outside the box'

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in television production
• Strong writing skills and editorial judgment
• A passion for current events
• Ability to work weekends and overnight hours

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $75,000.00-105,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
