Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our business, ideally on a part-time basis initially.

The role will involve being involved in all matters relating to the accounting and financial management accounts for the company, including:

• processing payments, invoices and receipts and ensuring accurate recording into our accounting platform (QuickBooks)
• preparing financial statements and returns
• tracking bank accounts and reconciliations

As a growing business, this role will provide the opportunity to expand the role over time, for the right candidate.

Requirements

• a willingness to work hard and a 'can do' attitude
• at least 3 years+ experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
• the ability to work autonomously, and to prioritise tasks accordingly
• a willingness to 'get involved' with the business and provide help and assistance as required
• strong verbal and written communications skills
• experience using the latest cloud based business efficiency platforms such as Google Business Apps, Notion, and Slack etc
