We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and assist with our day-to-day accounting requirements.

As a Bookkeeper in JFrog you will...

• Recording daily financial transactions including closing entries and cut-off accounts
• Prepare and manage payments cycle to vendors
• Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation
• Responsibility for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, Income tax, National insurance, Tax on payroll)
• Review and record reimbursements of employee’s travel and expense reports
• Manage payroll tasks and maintain employees’ attendance in the attendance system (sick leave, reserve duty leave)
• Support end of month closing and reporting with a tight schedule

To be a Bookkeeper in JFrog you need...

• Certified Bookkeeper
• 1-4 years’ experience working as a bookkeeper
• Experience in the High-Tech industry- advantage
• Experience with ERP system (NetSuite - advantage)
• Strong Excel skills
• High level of English, both verbal and written
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including vendors, procurement, operations and more
• Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment
