Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to join our in-office team, part-time, working 20 hours per week. 

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks experience required

Responsibilities: 

• Experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Two or more years accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
• Experience in Excel, Word, and Google Spreadsheets
• General office duties as requested, including receiving deliveries and answering phones as needed
• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing
• A/P tasks to assist with bills, credit card charges, invoicing clients; confirm accuracy of each bill and proper classification
• A/R tasks include tracking invoices and communicating with customers.
• Reconcile credit card statements monthly
