Boomi Support Engineer

Must have a minimum of 2 years Boomi experience
  • The primary goal of an Intapp Boomi Support Engineer is simple - to help clients succeed. You will work with a broad spectrum of clients and applications on a daily basis, each day brings a new opportunity to learn and develop. You'll do well here if you are smart, organized and driven to provide exceptional care to your clients. Your responsibilities will range from providing client care, to documenting and providing best practice guidance, to designing and building solutions with our clients.
  • We are seeking a Client Integration Support Engineer. You will work as a resource for our customers who are adopting our Intapp Integration Service product, and be able to help the existing team provide excellent support for users on this product.


What you will contribute:

Day to day task related to application support 80%
  • Respond to customer issues and escalations regarding integrations with Intapp products via Boomi and Intapp Integrate
  • Serve as an escalation point to other support engineers
  • Proactively monitor integration cases, to provide guidance and decrease resolution time
  • Providing system administration and deployment support to customer integrations
  • Assist customers with their deployment, including modifying rules and processes and troubleshooting SQL performance issues
  • Contributing to internal question and answer discussion via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and emai
  • Participating in follow-the-sun coverage to ensure continuity for global customers
  • Providing guidance to clients on best practice and advice on future decisions with their Intapp products
  • Recognize appropriate product and process enhancements and be able to escalate those to product management


Continual improvement in support processes 20%
  • Documenting product changes and updates for internal team knowledge capture
  • Creating and tracking product supportability issues for product improvements
  • Writing customer facing knowledge base articles based on case resolutions and product changes
  • Training and working to raise the team's level of preparedness for integration issues


What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a customer facing enterprise software Systems Analyst, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst role
  • Minimum 2 year developing or supporting for Boomi
  • Experience with both on premise and cloud software deployments
  • Experience with SQL, IIS, XML/Web Services (JSON), Linux. MDD technology is desirable
  • Comfortable demonstrating and teaching technology concepts to others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Recent experience in providing remote technical support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational ability


Bonuses

  • Boomi Certifications or development experience
  • Experience in Legal, Financial Services, or Consulting IT


Education: College degree or related experience preferred
