Description
Wolverine Execution Services is looking for an experienced Floor Broker to assist in all functions of the BOX trading environment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute option trades via Open Outcry on the BOX Exchange Floor and electronically when available
Identify liquidity sources to optimize order pricing
Operate the Wolverine Trading Platform floor broker workstation
Summarize trade activity for clients to help assess trading decisions
Provide backup support for Brokers and/or Clerks in other trading pits as needed
Participate in monthly compliance meetings
Engage in annual compliance exams

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
Required: Series 7 or Series 57

The base compensation range for this role is approximately $85000 - $105000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Execution Service's total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.

Skills Required

Series 7 or Series 57 license
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience as a Floor Broker or equivalent floor trading experience
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
Entrepreneurial self-motivated mindset
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team-oriented approach
