The Business Planning and Analysis Manager will assist management in setting objectives and be a partner to the business. You will proactively plan and monitor target accomplishment, ensuring the best resource allocation, providing transparency in business performance, and offering financial leadership in all decision-making and value-creating matters to drive productivity. This position is based in Istanbul. In this role, a typical day will include:

Participate in month/year-end closing & reporting activities
-
Forecasting, business planning, budgeting & strategic planning including periodical revisions
-
Analysis and consolidation of sales activities of businesses (monthly) and Sales Forecast and Daily sales reporting
-
CAPEX/OPEX follow up
-
Bonus Provisions review
-
COGS Analysis, Campaign & Agreement and GM analysis studies
-
Execution of country-level pricing strategies, Management of the country level price list and discounting logic. Implement Country discounting programs and frameworks, aligned to Region & Global guidance

Monitor the market environment for trends impacting pricing and developing mitigation strategies

Maintain all price systems & quoting tools
WE ARE SEEKING:
-
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Planning Analysis and Financial Reporting & Accounting within a global company
-
Knowledge of statutory & international accounting & reporting standards
-
Experience in Auditing is an asset, ideally in multinational audit companies

Strong analytical ability including the use of related analysis tools with a high level of energy and dedication

Task-oriented and capable of working with strict deadlines and under pressure

Strong interpersonal & communication skills
