BR - Engineering Manager, Antifraud

Summary

The anti-fraud team is responsible for integration with clients's anti-fraud and 3DS solution providers. The team also has solutions for calculating taxes, fees and exchange rates.

What you'll do

• Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in a performative way;
• Analysis of risks and opportunities;
• Manage the squad aiming productivity and performance;
• Actively collaboration on the team's technical decisions;
• Monitor the progress of projects, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring the planning;
• Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team;
• Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team;
• Assertive decision-making in adverse environments (short time, pressure from customers, various restrictions);
• Whenever necessary, direct contact with the international team and clients;
• Monitoring new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our Slo's / Sla's;
• Having excellent technical skills for decision making (Java and/or Golang, Cloud, Containerization, testing and code reviewing);

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of high performance;
• Event driven architecture;
• Knowledge and experience about agile methodology;
• Java/Golang;
• Cloud(AWS, Google GCP, Azure);
• Distributed systems;
• Relational and non-relational databases;
• Experience with APIs development and solid API testing knowledge;
