Position Summary

By joining our team, you could help C-suite and program leaders transform their organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.

Work you'll do

  • Monitor multiple email boxes and chat systems to receive technical and operational information from partner-shared sources.
  • Extract and organize metadata from received communications for further processing.
  • Format relevant data into tracking systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Apply prioritization methodologies and data-tagging to facilitate cyber analyst functions.
  • Maintain and update dashboards to track ticketed data and deliverable timelines.
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc summarizations and data insights from tracked data.
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate tracking of deliverable timelines.
  • Perform prescriptive and documented analytic processes to assess or enrich received data.
  • Execute steps to canvas client data holdings and assess open source/publicly available information for additional context.
  • Author and maintain information portals such as Confluence.
  • Assist in the quality control of disseminated products, both formal and informal.
  • Ensure editorial, language, and style consistency in all products.
  • Enable the team with the most current operational picture through thorough research and analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • 6 + years of experience in support roles.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in large consulting organizations.
  • Professional writing, and research courses or certifications preferred.
