Position Summary
The Brand Activations Associate is responsible for the management, coordination, communication, and execution of events and brand activations. A few exciting projects that you will help bring to life will be panel discussions and pop-up events. This position will report to the Director of Brand & Partnerships. Proactivity, organization, and agility will be essential for this position!
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and delivering an agreed number of complex events and activations over a 12-month period following the creative provided by the VP of Creative Design and Director of Brand and Partnerships.
- Day to day planning of multiple events and brand activations running in parallel.
- Negotiating event/activation dates, venues, prices, contracts in a timely manner to achieve best value and terms
- Undertake venue research as required, arranging and attending site visits to assess suitability of venues.
- Produce detailed project plans outlining deliverables, key dates, deadlines and budget tracking
- Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing suppliers for each event ensuring quality of service whilst being mindful of keeping to costs
- Executing events and activations from end to end in a highly organized manner insuring they’re tracked and managed end to end.
- Supplier and vendor management and outreach
- Supporting the Director with ideation for events and activations, deck creation where needed.
- Meeting with proper parties to ensure all elements are covered and see it to the creative vision becomes a reality.
- Sourcing as requested from the creatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of event coordination/activation experience for a consumer goods brand
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of retail fashion experience
- Experience leading presentations & experiential/promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Domestic travel required (20%) – must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
