Brand Activation Manager - Influencers & Co-Marketing

We are recruiting for an exciting position within our global marketing team, tasked with supporting the group's brand marketing function. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager for Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for driving our influencer and co-marketing program, working directly with cross functional teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.

As the primary source of truth for the group's influencer and co-marketing activities, this role will be crucial to driving impactful awareness, preference, and engagement through innovative brand activation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand identity and growing our market presence by integrating these programs throughout social media and other digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with influencers and ambassadors that increase awareness and adoption of Crucial and its products.
• Work closely with external and internal teams to set the direction and implement all program components from start to finish, as part of broader integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
• Advise the social media team on the influencer and co-marketing opportunities that will deliver the most impactful results across our social media platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and ambassador programs that align with the company's brand objectives and target audience. Identify and onboard key influencers and ambassadors, encouraging positive relationships to improve brand advocacy and reach.
• Implement co-marketing strategies in collaboration with partners to improve brand visibility and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and activities to refine brand activation strategies and ensure relevance in the market.
• Evaluate program performance metrics, providing regular reports on the efficiency of brand activations and recommending optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with industry standard processes and emerging trends in influencer marketing and co-branding.
• Working closely with the Social and Community Marketing lead you will be crafting innovative and effective brand activation strategies across Crucial's marketing programs and campaigns.
• Leads sample needs, orders and shipping for program activations.
• Owns relationships with external agencies to ensure programs have all results in place against project timelines.

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Validated experience in leading successful influencer and ambassador programs, preferably within the (relevant industry) sector.
• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving successful co-marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partner organizations.
• Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and improve brand strategies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative brand activation approaches that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, lead timelines, and deliver results within specified timelines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content creation strategies for effective brand promotion.
• Event Management a plus
