Main Objective:
The Brand Alignment Associate is responsible to ensure the alignment of internal and external branded materials with a focus on merchandise created by corporate, our agencies, international subsidiaries, onsite Arthrex campus stores, and partners . Responsible for providing assistance in the operation of the Arthrex Proud onsite store.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Provides direction on internal Arthrex branded merchandise by aligning with branding guidelines, merchandise policies, assist in setting criteria for business uses and for new selections• Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders on approval of merchandising, brand requests, and assist in development/maintenance of policies and guidelines (Additional collaborators may include Legal, Compliance, Executive Leadership, and/or President as needed)• Assist in the operation of the Arthrex Proud store, including merchandising, buying strategy, developing promotions, providing content for advertising, sales reporting, maintaining an annual schedule for sales/releases, and other Arthrex Proud marketing needs (i.e.: implementing seasonal merchandise assortment and pop-up shop planning/execution)• Maintain high-level of customer engagement with the Arthrex Proud store• Assist in management of online merchandise catalog and internal merchandise programs (i.e. New Hire, Uniforms, etc.) and one-time requests to fulfill company needs from selection and buying strategy, to ensuring alignment with guidelines and policies.• Analyze and review reports/dashboards available to ensure data- driven decision making is applied to merchandising and brand alignment requests• Work closely and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with executive stakeholders to present on projects related to key initiatives • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document standards and update existing guidelines, style guides, brand strategy, and merchandise policies• Maintain all tools and platforms created by our team.• Assist with system updates, as well as the adoption of new systems, for onsite Arthrex campus stores• Collaborate with the Mainsail team to coordinate approvals for digital platforms that contain Arthrex information• Provide direction to subsidiaries and agencies that request Arthrex US Corporate office branding guidance to ensure alignment with Arthrex standards
Knowledge and Skills:• Quick learner w/ability to easily navigate efficiently and effectively across multiple applications and systems• Able to courteously and professionally handle customer interactions, issues, and concerns • Self-starter with ability to perform in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and prioritize/ manage daily workload, while meeting critical project milestones /deadlines • High-level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities/projects concurrently • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Disciplined to operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity• Basic knowledge of Global and US Arthrex branding initiatives and merchandising principles/standards• Basic understanding of company practices, standards, regulations relative to marketing within the medical device industry• Basic understanding of vendor management, merchandise purchasing, and retail management
Discretion/Latitude:• Work is closely supervised• Follows specific, detailed instructions• Develop the ability to self-review work for detail accuracy, consistency, and meeting objectives• Ability to document accurate notes in order to complete tasks or create work instructions for reference • Learns to reference policies and procedures for detailed instructions
Education/Experience:• High school diploma or equivalent required• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred• 1 year experience of successful customer service, retail/ merchandising, or project management preferred
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
General knowledge of apparel/merchandising equipment and their processes, functions, and operational technique.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, collect and analyze data, and develop solutions or processes accordingly. Ability to interpret numerous and extensive technical instructions, while understanding the abstract and concrete variables, and their impacts.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
*We are also offering a $2,000.00 sign on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings), You will be paid the first $1,000.00 after completing your first 90 days and the second $1,000.00 after completing your first 180 days, if you are an employee in good standing*
