Brand Ambassador
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Status: Full-Time
Responsibilities:

• Work in the field
• Visit retail locations in and around the state 
  
  • New locations will require multiple days on-site as you introduce United Gaming programs to the players
  • Existing locations will get much more targeted visits and you will be expected to see multiple locations in a single day
• Engage game players and inform them of United Gaming’s Loyalty Rewards program and other special promotions. 
• Help players sign up and show them how to collect and redeem points for gifts/rewards.
• Hand out United Rewards swag for signups and other promotions. 
• Participate in weekly meetings either in-person or via video conference 

Requirements: 

• At least 21 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• A sales, hospitality, or event promotions background 
• Outgoing, ability to learn and upsell United Gaming’s Rewards program and ongoing promotions
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge 
• Knowledge of coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) gaming is a plus 
• Willingness to travel around an assigned territory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease
• Organized, efficient, and results-driven
• Strong customer service and customer engagement skills
