We're looking for a Brand campaign Manager for Bloomreach! Help us improve our brand awareness within our industry. Working in one of our U.S. or European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you will be a core part of the Marketing team.
As a Brand campaign Manager, you will create brand awareness for the Bloomreach brand and our products. The customer experience, martech, and digital commerce industry is exploding, and the status quo for businesses is changing rapidly. Fortunately, Bloomreach has an end-to-end product offering for brands that want to deliver personalized customer experiences with a laser focus on e-commerce. Â
You will work with the VP of Brand & Comms as well as work directly with a strong PR, content & design team on brand campaigns.
Your job will be to:- Understand the market and the buyer
- Execute on the delivery of global brand campaigns
- Work in conjunction with the community brand manager in order to use external communities and influencers into brand campaigns to elevate the community voices.
- Enable the local marketing teams to succeedÂ
- Deeply understand our target market and persona in order to define the right strategy to distribute & communicate about our brand.
- Research, A/B test, investigate distribution/media placement opportunities and optimise our brand campaigns.
- Be knowledgeable about Bloomreach products.
- Support the PR, content & design team in the planning and delivery of global brand and product marketing campaigns.
- Leverage a variety of channels to design effective brand campaigns. Develop, launch, and report on programs regularly.
- Build strong relationships with relevant external agencies and internal team members to plan and manage the delivery of centralised creative campaign assets (to be localised for/in each market).
- Provide support for distribution tactics of our content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) & PR activity to increase our brand awareness within our target market.
- Monitor and analyse channel effectiveness of all brand campaigns and work with the relevant marketing managers to deliver ongoing optimisation.
- Analyze the success of previous campaigns.
- Provide support to all marketing managers in all of our regions to ensure the successful implementation of brand marketing campaigns globally.
- Work closely with local marketing managers to ensure all local marketing activity is executed in line with brand guidelines and local compliance regulations.
- Take ownership of maintaining our brand guidelines.
- Support other Group team members to ensure that all our clients. communications consistently represent the brandâs values and image, this includes social media channels, videos, PPC, website, email content, event collateral, sponsorships etc.
- In 30 days, you will understand our current messaging and brand guidelines
- In 90 days, you will meet cross-functional stakeholders and create a brand activation plan to support brand campaigns launches.
- In 180 days, you will execute & deliver on our brand campaigns
- Professional â experience in B2C e-commerce
- Personal â motivation, analytical, independence, organization, and the soft skills to work with a truly global team.Â
- 3 â 5 yearsâ experience in campaign management â experience in planning and delivering campaigns through the line essential
- Experience of either working in an agency or managing an external creative agency essential
- Strong brand activation skills to promote new products or boost our brandâs image
- Strategic understanding with a strong drive for results
- Excellent analytical and creative skills
- Technical proficiency a plus (e.g. marketing to IT, experience in IT or development)
- Bachelorâs degree in marketing, business administration, or technical field
- Ability to work with a worldwide team (team members in TX, CA, CO, WA, London, Amsterdam, and Bratislava).
- Hunger to win. Outcome-driven, not task-driven.
