As our Brand Content Manager you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive brand content strategy. You will play a pivotal role, as the first person in this position, in growing our digital channels and building on our existing brand voice externally. This role will report to our Director of Brand Marketing.
The Brand Marketing team sits within the greater SevenRooms Marketing department, which is comprised of three core functions: product marketing, demand generation and brand marketing. We are responsible for establishing SevenRoom as a leading hospitality platform globally, delivering high quality sales opportunities and supporting our customer journeyâs from day one. We are owners and innovators with a focus on creating magical moments for hospitality operators, their guests, and our team.
What Youâll Do- Strategize, plan and execute marketing activities and content creation to support brand development
- Build out and manage a robust editorial calendar inclusive of social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and blog
- Grow social media following, engagement and reachÂ
- Develop and implement organic social strategies that level up into broader marketing goalsÂ
- Collaborate with Demand Gen Content Marketing Manager to build a robust content strategy inclusive of brand content
- Grow our online community of brand advocates, industry partners, influencers and potential future ambassadors
- Identify relevant topics and trends from within the hospitality and tech industries to write blog posts, thought leadership articles, social media campaigns and moreÂ
- Collaborate with Art Director on visual representation of the brand, including print and digital collateral and designÂ
- Tailor content towards specific channels and audiences, with experience including website, social media and blogÂ
- Work closely with the all marketing teams (Brand, Product, Demand Generation) to ensure consistency in brand representation and messaging across channels and to amplify the reach of our existing content and campaignsÂ
- Define measurable goals to track the effectiveness of individual channels while adjusting the strategy to achieve (and exceed) these goalsÂ
- Stay closely connected to the hospitality industry to educate the broader team on important channels and communities for engagementÂ
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B or B2C socia media or brand content management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally across the Marketing team and broader company
- Experience with social media platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
- Familiarity with CMS and analytics tools, including WordPress and Google Analytics
- Experience analyzing and presenting performance data across multiple channelsÂ
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task while maintaining a solution-oriented, growth mindset
- Proficient in project management with heightened attention to detailÂ
- Creative and strategic, with the ability to bring your ideas to life through clear plansÂ
- Passionate about the hospitality industry with an eye towards whatâs coming next across the industry
