About the Role
The Brand & Content Specialist, will oversee daily execution and reporting of HARMAN digital marketing, including online campaigns, digital content management, social media content, influencer marketing and creative for digital ads. This position is key for the content, media and social media communication and works closely across the marketing and commercial organization, and external agency resources.
The Brand & Content Specialist will actively participate with sales and marketing to align the communications and the products strategy with a particular focus on social media and influencer marketing.
This person will be participating in materials creation, assets adaptation, hashtag following up, copy development and all online communication.
All the partnership, product exchange, brand relation with partners, will be on this candidates supervision.
What You Will Do
- Social Media:
- Set the strategy, KPI’s, reach and followers base for upcoming years.
- Align with commercial and marketing teams the main products to communicate across all social media channels.
- Monthly grill of content for JBL Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala, and Harman Kardon social media accounts.
- Develop engagement activities, and end user activations across platforms
- Influencer Marketing:
- Create influencer marketing strategy, regional and locally
- Manage budget for activations, product seeding and brand giveaways
- Create and keep annual calendar of executions with JBL Squad
- Communication, hashtags, copy, selling line standardization
- PR & Media:
- Build a very close and constant relationship with media partners
- Adapt and coordinate launches for with agency
- Communicate and track KPI’s to agency per event, monthly, annual
- Provide materials and all assets to agency
- Create campaign/moments activations (gadget magazine, newspaper, blogs)
- Brand:
- Activations coordinator, in charge of every brand moment
- Own Relationship with other brands, highly involved with external marketing teams
- Maintain and train teams on Brand guidelines

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both in Spanish and English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.
