Who You Are:

Nutrabolt is looking for a Brand Designer with a passion for premium design, digital marketing, and the sports nutrition, health, and wellness industry. What You're Good At:

  • Designing creative assets for C4, Cellucor, and XTEND within the company’s portfolio against creative briefs that may include designs for: ads (print, digital, etc.), booths for shows, sales materials, presentations, promotional items, point-of-purchase and merch displays, animations, videos, and some things yet to be discovered
  • Supporting the team in the creation of brand guidelines and become a brand champion that ensures the standard is always maintained
  • Delivering best-in-class design through all of your work
  • Creatively collaborating with other designers, agencies, and other outside resources in the production of creative assets
  • Being self-motivated and following project and program timelines from concept through final production of creative assets
  • Working collaboratively with Creative Services, Brand Marketing, and Senior Leadership in delivering creative assets that meet everyone’s needs
  • Multitasking on several projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with relentless attention to detail
  • Demonstrating expertise in print and digital design, typography, layout, and aesthetics of all creative assets
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Delivery of inspiring and impactful world class creative
    • Creative project turnaround to pre-agreed timelines
    • Collaboration with key stakeholders
    • Brand KPIs: awareness, consideration, NPS score
    • DTC KPIs: revenue, new customer acquisition, lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost CAC

What You Contribute: 

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience either in-house or at an agency
  • Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • A working knowledge of digital best practices, print standards, excellent graphic design skills, and a critical eye for design and typography, including branding work, layout, photo-retouching and image manipulation
  • Animation capabilities (video and GIF) are a huge plus!
  • A killer aesthetic and can contribute to campaign ideation
  • Knows how to balance business objectives and can effectively develop creative solutions to address them
  • Excellent communicator and able to professionally verbalize design direction and justify design decisions 
  • Exhibits relentless attention to detail  
  • Can juggle multiple, competing priorities 
  • Being open to feedback and works collaboratively across the organization 
  • Passion for fitness and believes in what we do!
