Brand Designer (all genders)

As a Brand Designer, you will support the development and implementation of the Urban Sports Club brand and help to achieve our vision to create an active, healthy world where everyone thrives, personally and professionally. This role is global, with an impact on all Urban Sports Club markets across Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement the art direction for Urban Sports Club's brand identity across various platforms.
• Conceptualise and execute compelling online and offline campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements.
• Gather insights and collaborate with stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Take a hands-on approach to all aspects of design, from initial ideation to final execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our design output.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including brand identities, marketing materials and campaign concepts.
• Proven experience in the production of shootings (guidance or execution).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with Figma and Canva.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages is required.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present and sell your ideas, designs and concepts. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
