Brand Engagement Specialist - Midwest

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic Midwest field-based Brand Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for driving brand awareness and affinity through brand education, product presentations, and relationship building across local and regional territories, as well as alongside our Distributor sales reps and their customers. The ability to drive creative and meaningful engagement is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Develop and nurture relationships with local/regional customers to increase their BELLA+CANVAS sales
• Work closely with BELLA+CANVAS Distributor reps in the field to help them drive their sales
• Demonstrate strong understanding of individual customers’ needs, programs, and demographics/clients
• Identify and convert competitor business
• Recognize opportunities and implement strategies to win the business
• Identify products/categories where customers are under penetrated and work to drive growth
• Execute engaging and thoughtful sales presentations catered to various audiences and business objectives
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the product line, the brand story, and the competitive landscape
• Create content for sales trainings, presentations, and pitches; must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales tools
• Provide market feedback to leadership
• Responsible for tracking all activities and opportunities in CRM
• Field based job with daily/weekly local and regional travel to visit customers
• National travel to attend industry tradeshows as needed
• Visit BELLA+CANVAS HQ quarterly and as needed for customer engagement
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are strategic, innovative, and like to think outside of the box 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• 3+ years of related sales/account management experience
• 1+ years of field sales experience, managing calendar & appointments
• Promotional products/decorated apparel market experience is preferred, but not required
• Must live in a major metropolitan city in the Midwest
  

The Base Salary Range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
