Brand Experience Director

About the role:

• As our Director of Brand Experience, you'll use big picture thinking to turn marketing and business goals into engaging stories and experiences.
• You'll use your creative talent to bring our brand vision to life.
• We'll rely on you to infuse experience design into our brand and inspire creative work across channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and position our talented brand experience team for success
• Guide brand strategy and bring experiences to life through creative direction, events and activations.
• Shape messaging and experiences that authentically reflect our brand personality.
• Provide creative leadership across the business.
• Develop our visual identity and personality across mediums.
• Craft innovative campaigns that get our brand noticed.
• Inspire your team to think big and execute flawlessly.
• Listen to customers and learn from their experiences.
• Coach and develop emerging talent on your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves building brands that resonate with people
• Has 8+ years of relevant B2B/B2C branding experience
• Is a creative strategist and branding mastermind
• Is a pro at building relationships and confidently holds their own
• Inspires excellence by diving into the creative fray
• Balances creativity with analysis
