BODYARMOR is looking for an Innovation Brand Associate to join our team.

The Innovation Brand Associate is responsible for coordinating the strategy, development, and execution of both short-term and long-term innovation across all current and future BODYARMOR and POWERADE platforms. The role of the Innovation Brand Associate involves providing support to the NPD Team across the entire innovation process from inception to execution. Reporting into the Innovation Director, this individual will support a variety of innovation efforts to facilitate the rapid execution of our brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for creating data reports (from Nielsen) to help analyze existing categories/brands and create scorecards to track performance of new innovations once in market.
  • Assist in managing Innovation Projects for BODYARMOR and POWERADE platforms to deliver both long-term and short-term business innovation objectives
  • Lead specific Innovation projects as aligned through manager
  • Lead cross functional approve process for all packaging artwork to ensure it is delivered on time to the appropriate vendors, including but not limited to labels, trays, registered shrink, and others
  • Develop briefs for Product Development team/vendor future product development across current and future platforms
  • Develop Packaging Briefs for new innovation products
  • Lead the coordination of presentation inputs for innovation pipeline development as it relates to the Executive NPD Process
  • Manage NPD Budget including processing invoices, ensuring on-track monthly planning and acting as lead contact for Corporate Finance Team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years of marketing experience on a focused CPG product(s) (preferably beverage) preferred
  • Strong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior
  • Strong attention to detail. Self-starter. Team player.
  • Ability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to travel (~20% of time) by car or plane

Skills:

Pay Range:

$94,700 - $114,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
