We are seeking a Brand & Integrated Marketing Lead a pivotal role responsible for deeply understanding our customers and product crafting clear marketing strategies and leading impactful campaigns and activations. You will identify key moments on our calendar and roadmap seamlessly stitching together our efforts across audiences product lines and teams.This is a highly strategic role that will require cross-functional partnership with the executive leadership team marketing leadership Sales and Product teams. This role will be responsible for defining our integrated marketing campaigns throughout the year and help deliver new brand campaigns in the market. This individual will play a critical role in the success and growth of the Webflow brand.
This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in: Creative Content Growth Product Marketing Sales Community & our Executive team.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location job-related experience knowledge qualifications and skills.

Be responsible for identifying our key marketing campaigns throughout the year and partner closely with marketing leadership on bringing those campaigns to life.

Develop and implement a cohesive integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Webflow’s mission and business goals enhancing brand recognition and customer loyalty.

Own the Webflow brand narrative and positioning. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing initiatives.

Develop comprehensive integrated strategies that drive growth shift brand perceptions and stitch all of our marketing efforts together in a cohesive plan and roadmap.

Work closely with Creative and production teams to write and elevate briefs guide the process and bring campaign ideas to life.

Build mentor and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and accountability to deliver impactful initiatives across marketing.

Lead the ideation execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition engagement and retention partnering closely with teams such as digital social content comms customer marketing and events marketing.

Partner closely with executive leadership across the business during the planning process to build the broader marketing strategy.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Brand & Integrated Marketing Lead if you:

Have 8+ years of marketing experience including 5+ years of integrated brand or campaign marketing experience.

Have a deep interest in web development Webflow’s mission our products and our customers.

Are customer-oriented strategic and creative you excel at connecting dots bringing people together and telling cohesive customer stories. As an exceptional communicator and master storyteller you can distill dynamic insights and complex information into concise actionable recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to operate with empathy agility and flexibility in a hybrid collaborative and fast-paced environment with team members colleagues and cross-functional partners.

Enjoy driving and validating new initiatives then transforming them into repeatable programs.

Have prior experience working at product-led growth organizations and/or freemium business models.

Bonus: Have deep experience using Webflow or similar web development technology.
