The Brand Management Advisor will serve as a brand steward within the organization, elevating and supporting the brand narrative and identity. The ideal candidate will have Marketing experience bringing the brand to life.

Responsibilities:

The Brand Management Advisor position will understand and guide employees on our brand standards while encouraging flexibility within our branding framework.

• Operate as a subject matter expert on all aspects of our brand guidelines for The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services.
• You will co-lead and support our team to build eminence, awareness, and value for brands across the enterprise while ensuring a cohesive and compliant external brand expression.
• Act as a brand expert within the organization, partnering with teams across the company as well as external agencies, to provide clear decisions and guidance on brand needs and application.
• Implement and guide brand application including deploying brand assets to ensure smooth and impactful brand expression.
• Partner with other members on the Brand team to infuse pride in our brand across the enterprise in developing and maintaining Brand ambassador and other community programs.
• Be a champion for change and influence widespread adoption of new brand guidelines.
• Partner with Brand leadership to support process impacts for emerging programs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you must be highly motivated, driven to succeed, have proven leadership skills and have demonstrated expertise in a highly matrixed environment. You are an accomplished Marketer who can motivate change as well as a strategic thinker who understands the big picture.

• 4- + years of marketing / brand experience
• Experienced in Healthcare is preferred.
• Well-honed communication skills, enabling the partnership with others to effectively inform and influence while building trust.
• Experienced in anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Successfully manage multiple priorities and execute with ambiguity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative group.
• Excellent communicator both written and oral.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Effective under pressure.
