LOCATION:

The Brand Management Coordinator position is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates who live in the following States will be considered:  CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, FL, GA, MN, OR, TX, AZ, ME, NC, OH, SC, TN. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

THE ROLE:

IR Volt is looking to expand their Brand Management team and hire one Brand Management Coordinator. This role is perfect for any individual eager to gain hands on, in depth experience and knowledge of the day to day tasks in supporting a brand’s influencer campaign. IR Volt works with many household staple brands on multiple social media platforms including but not limited to; YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. Our Brand Management Coordinator will be able to develop skills that are vital to the execution of a successful brand influencer campaign.


This position will directly report to our Director of Client Services.


TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist and Collaborate with Brand Management team: Working with the Brand Managers to ensure all influencer schedules are consistently being updated with proper status updates, KPI projections and that all new influencer options and renewal offers are being promptly followed up upon.  The Brand Management Coordinator will also attend client calls and help coordinate action items to the Partnerships team.
  2. Brand Messaging Briefs: Assisting in the creation of brand messaging briefs and then disseminating the briefs to the Partnerships team.  The Brand Management Coordinator will also help to identify new campaign concepts to maintain high click-through-rates and conversions.
  3. Analyzing Data: Assisting Brand Manager’s on client “deep-dive” analysis including; identifying trends and ROI by seasonality, day parts, social medias, influencer category, size of spend, product offer and more.
  4. Reporting: Ensuring all client results are accurately updated weekly via Google Analytics, Shopify and other affiliate platforms.  The Brand Management Coordinator may also assist in weekly client write-ups.
  5. Supporting Leadership: Maintaining close communication with Brand Managers and Partnerships Managers and assisting in any other campaign related details that may arise on a case to case basis. At times, the Brand Management Coordinator may also conduct competitive research to help stay ahead of client competition and industry trends.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

By 6 MONTHS to 1 YEAR… 

  • Will have become an expert on all client deliverables, protocols and deadlines.
  • Able to accurately project client’s Click-Through-Rates, conversions and CAC/ROI.
  • Will have become extremely familiar with IR Volt’s top 200 influencers and their performance, rates, views and demographics.
  • Able to complete all brand messaging briefs and weekly reporting with very little guidance.
  • Able to complete 1-2 client “deep dives” per week and be able to create quantitative action steps

  • Sales/Prospecting experience within a CRM is a plus


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the marketing field
  • 1 year of experience related in the Influencer Marketing Realm (Not mandatory but highly preferred)
  • Must be familiar in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (specifically Microsoft Excel) along with Google Drive Applications
