In this role you will be able to drive marketing activations, translate regional strategies into local successful plans, be creative and innovative in new campaigns and work in close cooperation with the regional marketing team and with the sales team to achieve market share, net sales and profit growth.

Responsibilities:

• You will build the yearly plan for the categories assigned to you

• You will translate the HQ Category & Country Group Strategy into local plans by channel and customer

• Shopper Insights and translation into actionable plans to win at the POS will also fall in your scope of responsibility

• You will implement Consumer and Trade Promotion plans including Special Packs and Promotional Packs

• You will lead the creation of POP materials for the Categories/Segments assigned in line with the EU process

• Customers presentations and special categories events with the support of the European HQ team are also part of this role

• You show a high level of initiative and speed to achieve the best results.

• You can balance being strategic and hands-on, demonstrating curiosity and solution-oriented approach to your work.

• Presenting your ideas and building strong relationships come easy to you.

Experience you’ll bring:

• University Degree

• Min. four years of professional experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

•  AC Nielsen nice

• Fluent in English and Czech is must
