Brand Manager
Job Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and management of brand strategies that drive clinician acquisition and retention for AMN's healthcare clinicians. This position will focus on marketing activities supporting AMN's Allied businesses. Our placement demands are continuously evolving and the Brand Manager works alongside the business units to understand current talent needs and optimize plans based upon market dynamics. At the core, the BM is a digital marketing strategist who can translate strategies into plans while developing programs and tactics that drive business unit goals (revenue, EBITDA, customer satisfaction) in the most cost-effective manner. The healthcare staffing industry is experiencing significant change as evolving technologies are enabling new ways to intelligently identify and interact with candidates. The BM will play an integral role in driving new ways for AMN to leverage these emerging tools.
Job Tasks:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to support candidate acquisition and retention objectives for the business units.
- Translate marketing strategy into plans covering all facets of digital marketing including web development and design, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile marketing, job distribution, job boards, and e-mail marketing.
- Align with the business units to understand continually evolving Allied staffing needs, the competitive landscape, and ensure candidate marketing strategies are optimized to reflect healthcare facility demands.
- Develop and manage budgets supporting plan. Continually optimize investments based upon rigorous analytics and test and learn best practices.
- Communicate strategies and plans with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
- Work with recruitment teams to create and manage marketing programs that generate qualified leads, placements, and extend relationships with existing and past candidates.
- Support development of sales and marketing databases for analysis and on-going reporting.
- Work with digital marketing and operations team to drive creative and content generation, SEO, PPC, job board management, social media, and marketing automation.
- Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies to identify, acquire, and retain candidates.
- Manage an internal team of 2-3 direct reports
- Manage brand strategy/image development, and graphic standards for candidate brands.
- Manage projects from start to finish, adhering to budget guidelines and continually identifying ways to streamline costs
- Manage primary marketing research and evaluation of marketing campaigns for designated brands
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Staffing experience is desired
- 2-3 years of strategic planning experience with demonstrable execution results
- 1 -2 years of experience utilizing emails platform such as Pardot.
- 2+ years managing direct reports
- 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation experience
- 1+ years of experience with a reporting tool such as Tableau or Qlik or Power BI
- 1-2 years of business-to-consumer marketing

Pay Rate
$101,000 - $120,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
