What You’ll Do:
Traeger is seeking Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing brand building strategies, managing the day-to-day business, developing campaign activation/execution, lifestyle marketing, and overall annual marketing plans. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the consumer, the marketplace, our product, and translate those insights into business strategies.
How You’ll Help Us Win:
- Create, manage, and continuously improve go-to-market plans
- Manage Integrated Marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders
- Responsible for understanding and meeting our customer (both the end-consumer and our brand partners) needs and wants
- Collaboration with a broad range of departments and individuals
- Consumer insights: align with consumer insights team on trends, research, and insights
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 8 years of marketing experience (preferably CPG and/or lifestyle brands)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation)
- Project Management skills – manage cross functional relationships to ensure alignment and execution of marketing campaigns
- Interpersonal skills: Building and leverage relationships, both internally and externally.
- Creative concept evaluation: ability to assess creative concepts and executions based on
- Ability to convert strategic planning into tactical execution
- Effectively communicate (verbally, visually) and inspire others
- Strong empathy for the consumer
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills
- A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently
- Creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities to connect with the Traegerhood
