Job Description

Empath Health, is currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our team.

The mission of this role is to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance Empath Health's reputation and foster community engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's public image and ensuring that the brand's message resonates with the needs and values of patients and the wider community, as well as engaging colleagues within the organization. By analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager ensures that marketing campaigns are effective and aligned with Empath Health's mission. The role's success is measured by its ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, achieve ROI goals on marketing campaigns, and maintain a strong customer-centric focus, ultimately contributing to the organization's growth and the well-being of those it serves.

The Brand Manager:

  • cultivates a high-performing Marketing team capable of exceeding expectations and objectives.
  • collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across various channels.
  • develops and executes marketing strategies to enhance the organization's brand recognition and foster community engagement.
  • measures the success of branding efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of brand manager experience in an agency setting or in-house, preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, collaborate effectively across teams, and convey concepts to various stakeholders.

  • A valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage for a personal automobile are required.
