WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Enterprise-Wide Marketing Governance: Serve as the central point person for governance of all enterprise-wide marketing priorities and manage on-property owned assets, website assets (carousel), email content priorities, entertainment needs, partnership communications, corporate initiatives, and general hierarchy of enterprise-wide portfolio priorities.
- Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with central marketing teams to develop creative materials for multi-property activation and develop critical path documents, ensure timely delivery of creative assets, and maintain quality control content.
- Corporate Cross-Property Initiatives: Manage marketing plans and activation for corporate-wide cross-property initiatives (e.g., mobile check-in, loyalty program updates).
- Project Management and Brand Oversight: Project, manage, and provide brand oversight of various operators projects, such as Casino Marketing Special Events.
- Internal Agency Partnership: Drive the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the internal agency partner and effectively manage creative demands of all properties to ensure the internal agency partner workload is properly allocated.
- Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director and Vice President Marketing Strategy to create, execute, and communicate the MGM Resorts portfolio brand strategy.
- Marketing Collateral Audit: Audit marketing collateral and content for multiple partners at the property level and aggregate required changes, including those from key stakeholders, ensuring content accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Coordination with Property Managers: Coordinate with property Manager of Marketing Activation on assets delivery, installation, and message accuracy.
- Brand Execution and Campaigns: Lead the execution for the MGM Resorts brand (consumer-facing) including all related campaign deliverables. Partner with ad agency partners in delivering campaign materials. Lead the development and execution of all cross-property marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
- Industry Trends and Research: Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices, and destination or economic research.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Either a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication ore relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- One (1) year of experience in Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
- Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
