Brand Manager - Contact Lens

Alcon is looking to hire a Brand Manager, Keystone Brands, to join our Brand Management Vision Care team. You will be trusted to lead all downstream marketing activities for your brands at our corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. This role will also be responsible for the development and execution of all Keystone Brand marketing from branding strategy and positioning to field sales execution.

• Building and implementing channel, consumer and professional strategic plans
• Implementing tactical plan for Eye Care Practitioners and Patient targets
• Ensuring the market share and profit and loss targets are met
• Leading brand media, advertising and marketing programs along with all aspects of the development of technical/clinical messaging and tools for the sales teams.
• Leading insight development of business, category and competitive trends to develop business strategies and tactics
• Continually monitoring and optimizing brand programs to ensure effectiveness, including detailed tracking of launch Key Performance Indicators

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working with value brands and developing retail value strategy
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from complex data
• Experience with product lifecycle management
