Brand Manager - IAMS Digital Experiences

Job Description:

The Brand Manager Digital Experiences is responsible for building & managing Digital Experiences & Partnerships that strengthen brand equity, grow direct consumer relationships, and drive loyalty. This comes with end-to-end strategic leadership of our Digital Ecosystem (including Social, Digital Hubs, DTC Service, Website, customer data, and CRM).

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's, preferably in Business
• 5+ years of experience in Brand Management & Digital/Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of building and scaling communities via Social and other methods
• Knowledge of Websites, CRM, and Customer Data a plus
• Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time o Successful engagement of cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a clear strategy, roadmap, pipeline for the IAMS Digital Experiences
• Oversee Digital Experiences that strengthen brand equity, grow direct consumer relationships, and drive loyalty.
• Lead partnership marketing with other Mars Petcare companies, to strengthen pet parent experience for IAMS consumers.
• Improve and scale adoption of key Digital Products such as IAMS Pet Connect and IAMS Health Hubs
• Strategic Leadership of all aspects of owned ecosystem including Social Media, Digital Hubs, DTC Service, Website, customer data, and CRM
• Advocacy Strategy including integrated Coms model (Lead the Influencers, Ambassadors, Org Social and support team on Earned/PR):
• Run Marketing Comms for key Digital Experiences & Partnership marketing programs.
• Collaborate with key partners on Point of Entry Marketing strategy and initiatives
• Oversee team of direct reports and manage multiple stakeholders across Brand Team, Global, Sales, and Mars Pet Nutrition Marketing Center of Excellence
