Brand Manager - PEDIGREE

Due to an exciting internal move, we have an opportunity for a passionate Brand Manager to join our Care & Treats team in Mars Pet Nutrition. As the Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic agenda for PEDIGREE Care & Treats to maximise its growth opportunities and ensure the brand is consistently communicated across all touch points. Acting as the true guardian of your brand, you will focus on the delivery of strong growth and ensure your brand is building strong equity.

With a passion for brands and curiosity to learn more about Pets, Pet Parents and the category, the Brand Manager will work in close partnership with the Portfolio Director and key stakeholders to deliver compelling plans. What are we looking for?

• A proven high performing Brand Manager with >5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in FMCG and already holds an existing BM role
• In depth understanding, knowledge and practical experience in consumer marketing with global and/or or regional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in brand management, innovation, data analysis, brief writing & leading key brand projects.
• Prior experience across Category / Shopper function would be of benefit.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You will create a Brand Strategy for your brand, that wins by simplifying, translating and delivering strategies
• Have ownership of the 3 year Growth Plans across Media, Innovation & Activation.
• Lead and report on Brand Strategy & performance
• Work alongside the Portfolio Director to build your brand comms strategy, creative development and budget management.
• Create and be responsible for the launching of your Innovation Pipeline & ensuring brand consistency in market
