Brand Marketing Assistant

We are a privately owned and operated sales & marketing consulting firm that focuses on generating a larger customer base and market share for our national clients. We pride ourselves on providing some of the best sales and business skill sets in the KC area. 

We are currently looking for candidates to participate in our professional management and consultant training program in order to meet the demands of our growing client list. As entry level team members, they'll work closely with several experienced trainers in our industry. They'll develop a greater understanding of our many marketing, client relations, and business consultative services and the strategies that support them. Daily duties include sales within a retail environment, creating awareness and brand exposure for the client, and answering product and service questions to the community at large.

All positions are paid and guarantee a base pay - even our internship positions. The is room for performance based bonus in addition to the base pay offered.

Job requirements:

• 0-5 years of Marketing, Sales or Customer-Service related experience or relevant college coursework
• Able to interface with new and existing customers and marketing teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school or sports
• Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
