Brand & Marketing Associate

Horizon is looking for someone to join its growing Brand & Marketing Associate team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. The Brand & Marketing Associate would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries. The Brand & Marketing Associate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. S/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.

Brand & Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Working with the Marketing Coordinator and the Sales Operations Manager to integrate campaigns with sales promotions.
• Keeping updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Consistently have a professional, friendly, and positive behavior with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
