The Role:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director and Manager to drive sales and market share growth for Charlotte Tilbury in North America. The Coordinator will also assist in tailoring 360 marketing campaigns to Department Store account needs. The role will work closely with cross-functional internal teams (Commercial & Sales, PR & Advocacy, Education, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams) and Global Marketing.

Role Accountabilities:

Brand Assistance

  • Content deliverables: responsible for creative submissions & delivery of all new skincare NPD, existing content refreshes, & sampling asset libraries inclusive of imagery & copy needs in collaboration with the team.
  • Execute competitive tracking/analysis (NPD, social content, competitive launches).
  • Execute ratings & reviews programs - skin launches (Influenster).
  • Support content creation & strategy - skincare.
  • Support NPD analysis - monthly reporting.
  • Support budget - po management, new supplier set up, set up new SKUs etc.
  • Product orders & new launches comp tracking for marketing skin team.
  • Weekly marketing highlights send-out.
  • Support key meetings - market meetings, company meetings, and larger pop-up events etc.

Trade Assistance

  • Content deliverables: asset & comp delivery to all dept stores for all new NPD, existing content refreshes, & ad hoc requests inclusive of imagery & copy
  • Submit & manage the development of all dept store asset requests in Asana in partnership with creative, commercial & event teams, ensuring timely delivery & accuracy.
  • Lead dept stores social custom content requests on a monthly basis.
  • Lead monthly sampling outs for dept stores in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Lead marketing weekly send-outs & commercial weekly send-outs (dept stores only) in partnership w other marketing coordinators.
  • Lead social/digital exposure weekly tracker for all dept stores.
  • Manage comp requests/tracking for all retailer needs & recaps for all trade meetings to cross-functional teams.

Administrative Duties Including

  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations for all marketing needs, including Retailer presentations.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with all reporting & analytical needs.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, etc., based on business needs.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business needs.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager, Brand & Trade Marketing.

Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00**
