REPORTS TO: Brand Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Brand Marketing Coordinator will help shape and drive the marketing vision for Blu Dot. They will work with the Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute various marketing campaigns and events, bringing together teams across the organization. This role is a mix of project, account, and resource management as well as execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage marketing projects across multiple channels and teams, working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Graphic Designers
  • Plan the email content calendar in collaboration with the Email Strategist and manage creative execution
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Strategist on development of paid campaigns
  • Lead the creative process for print catalogs including writing briefs, setting up creative reviews, tracking feedback and ensuring books meet the approved strategy
  • Support the Trade line of business on marketing needs
  • Build relationships with internal partners to help anticipate their needs and execute projects in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing and updating the marketing content calendar
  • Consistently audit and seek to improve the Blu Dot marketing message across all channels and stay on top of industry trends
  • Refine and run the internal Swag program
  • Oversee miscellaneous and special projects as assigned

IDEAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS*:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and in all other Microsoft Office applications
  • Position is based out of Minneapolis, MN headquarters with a flexible working environment/schedule (no full-time remote work available)
