Our Ways of Working
We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees.Â
We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build those relationships with team members in other cities, we meet with coworkers in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.
What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to accelerate our brand love and awareness. We have built a beloved brand over the past 11+ years and are ready to share our story with the world. This candidate will accelerate those efforts and introduce new strategies. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, managing large projects that ladder up to corporate priorities while paying attention to the details. You’ll report to the VP, Brand & Media.
Who You Are
- You have 5-10 years experience
- You’re a strong, detail-oriented and strategic written and verbal communicator
- You have an integrated marketing approach and experience working cross-functionally
- You’ve been a scrappy but thorough project manager, able to share goals and context, and lead cross-functional internal and external teams
- You’re a great collaborator with content, acquisition and design teams
- You’ve managed an external PR agency while working in-house for a consumer brand, or a team while supervising consumer accounts
- You’ve developed partnerships that have led to PR coverage
- You’re great at networking and have existing media relationships in digital, print, and broadcast
- You are creative, consistent, and collaborative
How You Will Make An Impact
- Help run go-to-market for Babylist initiatives and quarterback launch strategy and execution
- Develop impactful messaging and positioning with a deep understanding of customer needs and what we are trying to solve
- Develop and manage launch plans, timelines, and deliverables with all internal stakeholders
- Become an expert in our customer and our partner relationships and a strong advocate the best experience for everyone involved
- Work directly with PR and Influencer agency to ensure that everything is running smoothly and all parties have the information they need
- Communicate internally about all initiatives and make sure team is updated with process along the way
- Partner with other external agencies as needed to execute strategy

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The estimated pay range for this role is $125,538.00 - $188,203
In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
