As the Brand Marketing Manager at 7shifts, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns that will build brand awareness across multiple channels including social media, PR, and partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, you will have a wide-reaching impact on how 7shifts shows up in the world. What you’ll do:

  • Bring the 7shifts brand positioning and strategy to life through creative brand activations and integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and affinity
  • Oversee our partner marketing portfolio, which encompasses influencer, industry, and integration partners, to conceptualize, plan, and execute co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Partnerships team
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key industry influencers and event producers
  • Collaborate with channel owners and team members across the marketing org to ensure the success of integrated brand and partner campaigns 
  • Measure and report on KPIs across all brand channels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement 
  • Curate customer and market insights to support brand differentiation, brand campaign opportunities, and content creation 
  • Lead PR opportunities for key product releases and research reports
  • Brainstorm and research storytelling opportunities, angles, media outlets, and targets, while assisting in executive thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements and interviews

What you bring:

  • Experience leading a partner marketing program in the SaaS space
  • Experience conceptualizing and leading multi-channel brand campaigns 
  • A strong portfolio of campaign work, ideally including strategy, presentations, social media posts, campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Experience conducting research and understanding industry trends, target audience, and competitors to inform creative direction and messaging
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Experience owning PR strategy & communications 
  • Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
  • Familiarity with Asana for project management
