Brand Marketing Manager

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing 3Commas as a globally recognized brand in the digital asset trading automation industry. This person will drive PR and content strategies, building visibility through high-impact media, podcasts, interviews, long-form content, and industry events. Working from the strategic foundations of our brand architecture, they’ll ensure that every aspect of our branding aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience of advanced and institutional traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish 3Commas as leading brands in digital asset trading automation. Drive recognition and credibility in both retail and institutional segments.
• Develop and execute a PR strategy to secure placements in major publications, podcasts, interviews, and other media. Ensure regular, high-impact visibility.
• Leverage executive visibility as part of our PR efforts, positioning our CEO and other C-level executives in strategic media engagements to reinforce brand authority and thought leadership.
• Lead our content marketing strategy, addressing the needs of our highly experienced traders. Develop a recurring calendar of high-quality, relevant content, including long-form articles, podcasts, and thought leadership pieces.
• Operationalize our future brand strategy and architecture together with an external brand agency, bringing the vision to life across all channels and touchpoints.
• Identify and manage opportunities for media appearances, industry events, and partnerships that reinforce 3Commas’ position as market leaders.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to align on brand initiatives and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or similar roles, preferably in in tech or web3
• Extensive experience in PR and content marketing within the web3, digital assets, or trading industry.
• Proven track record of building visible, reputable brands in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment.
• Deep understanding of the digital asset and trading automation ecosystem.
• Strategic, brand-focused mindset with the ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in developing high-quality content for diverse channels
