THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Delve into campaign performance data to uncover valuable insights, then leverage your expertise to recommend and implement strategic enhancements that propel our marketing efforts to new heights
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest marketing trends and devising innovative strategies to seamlessly integrate them into the business practices of MGM Resorts International
• Lead the charge in identifying and closely monitoring internal benchmarks, ensuring our marketing strategies align with the latest trends and delivery standards
• Equip our marketing team to excel by ensuring their business requirements and needs are fully supported with the latest tools, comprehensive data, cutting-edge applications, seamless functionality, and all other necessary resources

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
• Prior experience in hospitality preferred but not required
