The Integrated Brand Media Lead plays a crucial role in the digital advertising landscape, guiding and executing dynamic display media ad campaigns. This position seamlessly blends creativity with analytics, overseeing campaigns from their inception to post-analysis. The role shapes our broader Display Media strategy, ensuring each campaign meets our clients' ambitious objectives. Leadership and effective communication are essential: you will lead team brainstorm sessions and distill complex strategies into digestible insights during weekly client engagements. Always prioritizing performance, you will refine campaigns and proactively address potential challenges. As a representative of our brand in client meetings and presentations, you advocate our unwavering commitment to innovative advertising excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing display advertising campaigns encompassing creative aspects, targeting, and budget management.
  • Facilitating everyday communication with the team, vendors, and clients.
  • Delivering proposals, highlighting cost, scheduling, recommendations, and providing reports both during and post-campaign.
  • Directing vendor communication and collaborating with Leads to outline and document the broader scope of client projects.
  • Partnering with 3rd party display associates to kick off and fine-tune campaigns.
  • Conceptualizing fresh and inventive digital media experiences tailored for our clients' audiences.
  • Generating and presenting client display media reports.
  • Gathering and interpreting display data.
  • Tracking display campaign performance through various reporting tools.
  • Drawing insights from programs, leaning on a deep understanding of the brand.
  • Managing campaign budget trackers.
  • Engaging in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Liaising with media operations, account services, analytics, and the creative/product development team to ensure integrated planning and communication.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience collaborating with major brands and managing significant ad budgets to procure and roll out innovative, high-profile media campaigns.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Robust analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to tell a story from the data.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or SQL, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of DSP’s
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
