Who You Are:
The Brand Media Strategy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. With expertise in Commercial Mix Modeling and Media Mix Modeling, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging measurement solutions, as well as a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation.
What You're Good At:
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks that align with business goals and objectives.
- Analyzing data and provide insights on media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging media technologies, trends, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve media strategies and tactics.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and optimization of media plans.
- Leveraging industry planning tools, data, market understanding and a relentless focus on the consumer to conduct audience identification analysis and scenario planning
- In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Brand affinity and household penetration
- Effective and efficient strategy
- Aided/Unaided awareness
What You Contribute:
- 5+ years media agency experience in a media or communications planning role, or similar
- Desire for deeper understanding of media planning and activation as well as the business
- Is a passionate and personable leader with strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to collaborate with others to drive efficiency with tasks and processes
- Ability to view and analyze data to call out key metrics and implement them into evolving implementation plans
- Experience in the beverage, fitness, and/or sports or active nutrition industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
