Summary
Providing world class insights & analysis are an integral component of the company’s overall mission. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a custom benchmark solution for LTK brands and help execute the overall insights vision for the Brand Partnerships team. As a Data Analyst, you will report to the Director of Insights and Strategy on the BP Marketing team to develop and execute custom benchmark analysis for our client brands overarching campaign performance and comparative analysis to peer brands in similar categories. Additionally, you will partner with the Director of Insights and Strategy to execute thoughtful macro trends analysis to be used across the LTK organization.Â
In this role, you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team helping our customers to better understand the value and impact their creator campaigns are contributing to their business and how they are performing vs. the industry. We focus relentlessly on growing our customer’s business with data and insights.Â
We are seeking an analyst, thought-partner and creative thinker who can collaborate effectively with marketing and sales managers, data reporting product managers and engineers to define and measure success metrics as well as identify actionable insights to help LTK grow.Â
Key responsibilities
- Develop standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights
- Be able to extract data out of Big Data technologies to produce clear and actionable insights
- Synthesize complex data analyses and communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization with a brand-first mindset
- Craft compelling dashboards and visualizations to “tell the story” of the business
- Continually evaluate and refine your technical toolkit; teach what you learn to the team
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional colleagues to drive strategies and tactics for growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an analyst or in a quantitative role
- Ability to parse data that can drive actionable insights and decisions
- Strong communication skills - you can present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders to drive decision making
- A self-starter with a curious nature and passion for data; you “think outside the box” and “around the corner” with fierce attention to detail
- Not afraid to “roll up your sleeves” and test and learn new approaches in a fast-paced industry
- A deep desire to prove yourself right or wrong and make smart decisions without ego
- Empathy and intellectual humility to build strong rapport and thought-partnerships with colleagues
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plus
- Proficiency with BI visualization tool (i.e. Looker, Tableau)
Functional requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; in a strong quantitative fieldÂ
- Demonstrable record of professional and academic achievements in analytics
