The Brand Partnerships team sells custom work and transactional media diving deep into accounts answering brand needs in creative, casting, strategy, social, and other areas. You successfully motivate and partner with internal teams as well advocate our best possible efforts to the client and motivate the client to be excited about the total Highsnobiety team output. You have a passion for great content and storytelling, along with an interest in style and culture.The Manager, Brand Partnerships will drive revenue growth and profitability for all digital, print and integrated 360 campaigns across fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands. Focusing on key partnerships categories, you'll be based out of our New York office, working alongside our Director of Sales. You have well established relationships with brands/ad agencies, and knowledge of the client base in these categories, as well as a proven track record of closing 360 media campaign deals and partnerships with clients. Priority given to brand partnerships sellers with previous experience in tech, finance, spirits and auto categories.

MISSION:
- Prospect and break new client accounts utilizing your client rolodex to drive revenue
- Create and manage inbound new and existing client's brand request - Respond, Pitch and Win
- Briefed on the marketplace and identify opportunities leveraging market competitor data
- Partner with creative services team, HS+, to curate creative marketing strategies for clients
- A campaign architect, able to understand and unpack contracts and pricing structure
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales target exceeding multi-million dollar targets
YOUR SKILLS:
- Expertise in delivering integrated digital display, paid social, branded content production, experiential, and other strategic partnerships for partners.
- Minimum sales experience, four (4) years in media sales at a publisher
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million revenue targets

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $100,000 to $120,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
