The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for activating the multi-platform commercial partnership campaigns within the UK market. Spanning primarily long-form podcast audio but with a significant focus on social and video content alongside the occasional live event and beyond!

The Brand Partnerships Manager is an exciting role in this growing team here in the UK. This new role will be reporting to the Director of Brand Partnership and will be supported by the wider team. You will be responsible for activating Brand Partnership campaigns to the highest standard with a specialism in paid social.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Campaign Activation
- Pre-sign-off oversight of Brand Partnership campaigns to consult on the feasibility of plans, and timelines, advise on costings (where relevant) & suggest amendments needed to allow for the best campaign output for all stakeholders.
- Post Sign-off activate Brand Partnership campaigns including timelines kick-offs, status calls, briefing talent, arranging and attending shoots, working alongside Acast Creative (our in-house creative team) on all deliverables as well as optimisation through to pulling together and presenting the PCA.
- Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Director to review in line with business objectives.
Paid Social
- Support the Director of Brand Partnerships in developing frameworks, ways of working and processes to implement the rollout of formal paid social.
- Take the lead on Paid Social campaigns from planning and strategy to execution and analysis.
- Managing budget, optimising and hitting campaign targets for campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to be included in PCA.
Ad Hoc
- Opportunities for mentorship and upskilling of less experienced members of the team (where applicable)
- Overseeing the creation of relevant case studies for the future.
- AdHoc Tasks & Projects - support on keeping up-to-date internal resources
Requirements
- Experience in project/client management
- A solid background working with paid Ads Managers (Facebook,TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn)
- Good understanding of all social channels
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Passion for audio, social or podcasting is desired but not essential.
