Our Brand Project Analyst will join a growing team to manage, support, and promote the BBH's flagship brand projects and initiatives. In addition, the Analyst will work with members of the Firmwide Marketing/Brand team to ensure the efficient operations of our social media and public relations program for the firm, and our three lines of business. The Analyst will be a critical contributor of ideas and invention to build out an efficient and effective Firmwide Marketing team. This role includes working within short- and long-from written and digital content and collaborating with internal clients such as content writers, marketers, designers, subject matter experts, and with third-party vendor teams.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Social Media Strategy Support
    • Work with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure programs are executed flawlessly and drive results.
    • Become an advocate in social media at BBH, being a go-to-resource for understanding and leveraging the benefits of social media to extend the BBH brand.
    • Identify and recommend new ways to use social media to position BBH as an industry thought leader, improve user engagement, increase firm and services awareness, etc.
    • Manage and build out the LinkedIn Business User and Spokesperson program, in coordination with BBH's corporate channel management, to further extend the BBH brand.
    • Remain abreast of the latest changes and advancements in social media including algorithms, channels and tools.
    • Work with the broader Firmwide brand and Marketing teams ensuring the social media calendar is aligned with all other distribution channels.
  • Special Brand Project Management
    • Experience in project management, developing and implementing strategic plans.
    • Project manage and assist with the strategy, creation, and publishing of BBH's flagship brand projects.
    • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure projects represent all three lines of business and our employer brand.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online social media, email, video, and print.
  • Public Relations Program Support
    • Support day-to-day requests from PR agency within Investor Services including coordinating interviews, ensuring written responses are compliance approved, and spokespeople are prepared for interviews.
    • Support the development and implementation of process to evaluate PR program through data, working with PR agency partners.
  • Analytics
  • Work with the members of the firmwide digital, social, and PR teams to develop and implement process to evaluate success and opportunities to improve across distribution channels.
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations to cross functional teams based on analysis.

Desired Qualifications:

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree, preferred.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Experience with marketing and advertising principles such as digital marketing, communications, media, and /or advertising agency experience
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to see open issues to resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong client management, facilitation, concept development, project leadership and communication management skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and see things through.
  • Innovative mindset, with clear demonstration of bringing unique ideas to life.
  • Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and effectively manage multiple stakeholder interests.
  • Data-driven mindset, experience using clear measures to inform decision-making and sell in ideas.
  • Experience working with external or in-house creative/agency teams.
  • A deep desire for marketing excellence and high attention to detail.
