Introduction
As a Brand Sales Specialist you’ll work closely with clients to develop relationships understand their needs earn their trust and show them how IBM’s industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. Your primary responsibilities will include: – Client Portfolio Management: Manage a client portfolio highlighting IBM’s TLS technical and business value. – Solution-Selling Skills: Utilize solution-selling skills to identify decision makers qualify opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. – Sales Process Oversight: Oversee the entire sales process from RFI/RFP responses to meeting KPIs with a focus on new business and account expansion. – Collaboration with IBM Sales Network: Collaborate with IBM’s sales network to execute effective sales campaign.

Your Role and Responsibilities
TLS Brand Sales Specialist for Kyndryl. Will lead the development of new opportunities through industry knowledge and thought leadership. This role constructs partnerships between Kyndryl team IBM vendors and subcontractor organizations and manages the implementation of these partnerships to address business opportunities for IBM. They have equally balanced skills in five key general management areas of client relationship management consultative selling financial / business management portfolio / program management and team / people management.
Be the primary focal point and owner for all P&L activities on a large complex contract. Accountable for meeting Revenue Signings (TCV & ACV) Cost & Profit objectives as well as improving overall customer satisfaction targets (Delivery NPS & Account Receivables). Responsible to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels with the objective of being a trusted business partner.

  • Experience with IBM’s Dealmaking practices.
