Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Brand Sales Specialist youâll work closely with clients to develop relationships understand their needs earn their trust and show them how IBMâs industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBMâs Tech Value: Actively maintain and nurture client relationships while effectively highlighting the value of IBMâs technology solutions.

Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Apply solution-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers assess and qualify opportunities and establish enduring partnerships.

Oversee the Full Sales Process: Take charge of the entire sales process from handling RFI/RFP responses to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). The focus is on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

Collaborate with IBMâs Sales Network: Work in cooperation with IBMâs sales ecosystem to develop and execute sales campaigns ultimately leading to the growth of the sales pipeline.
The Brand Sales Specialist for Data&AI and Digital Labor Portafolio for SQUAD Customers in Monterrey. This Sales Position requires high interpersonal communication high availability to create confident relationship with customers with focus on the generation of new opportunities progress opportunities and close them.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- High Accountability and experience to achieve objetive compromises an exceed them.
- Continuos learning of new technologies and the ability to transform in solutions to cover customer business needs.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrating engaging and influential communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years of experience in the Software Sales position and knowledge in Data Infraestructure Artificial Intelligent Solutions and Business Automation solutions
