The Enterprise Client Solutions (ECS) team at CHG is expanding. The Brand Sales Strategist is responsible for relationship management and developing initiatives and strategies for our customer. The brand sales strategist does this by partnering with Sales teams and leaders in the sales staffing brands. This includes reviewing weekly key performance indicators and developing growth strategies. They partner with various counterparts to prioritize resources and recruiting efforts. They develop and cascade communication that provide clarity and alignment across sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support our clients and our sales teams:
- Analyze and review large clients and candidate specialty trending.
- Identify opportunities for growth for our clients and sales teams.
- Process improvement
- Develop strategies in tandem with thewith various counterpart.
- Review and report on weekly on key performance indicators
- Develop and manage key growth initiatives
- Serve as a trusted partner for sales teams and account management.
- Focus on winning market share with new and existing clients:
- Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline
- Develop strategies and initiatives to increase market share by client and specialty.
- Partner directly with brands to learn about physician pools,, trends and challenges for specialty client needs
Qualifications:
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal High proficiency with data analytics and report review
- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint expertise
- Detail-oriented
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and process changes as priorities shift.
- High-level of organizational skills
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Passion for process-improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communicate with team and management with enthusiasm, strength and transparency while instilling accountability, comradery and celebrating wins.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the company at a variety of levels and functions.
- Positive attitude, approachable and ability to assume positive intent.
Education and Years of Experience:
- Two to four years of sales leadership in the staffing industry
Preferred:
- Experience in medical staffing industry
- Experience with Multi-divisional project management and execution
- Experience working at a corporate level with frequent communication between various verticals within the organization
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000 -- $235,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
