Brand Specialist

Cie is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Specialist to help expand our auto-enthusiast ambassador program. If you’re a social media expert who lives and breathes all things off-roading, we want to hear from you!

As a Brand Specialist, you'll work with an energetic team to develop and execute innovative campaigns and content ideas that will make an impact on our brand's growth. You'll be responsible for building relationships with fellow auto enthusiasts and managing social ambassador campaigns from idea to execution. Your expertise in social media best practices, creative problem-solving, and passion for the off-road lifestyle will help take our brand to the next level.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Plan, execute, and analyze our auto-enthusiast ambassador program, including paid initiatives, event integrations, and annual activity calendars
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including the involvement of ambassadors in marketing content and events
• Provide guidance and support to ambassadors in developing and executing social media campaigns to grow their following
• Analyze campaign performance and develop new strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Build strong relationships with ambassadors, pitch new ideas, and ensure compelling content that aligns with overall business objectives
• Stay on top of the latest social trends and identify content opportunities

 What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, ambassador marketing, or influencer marketing 
• Expert knowledge of social media best practices, design, functionality, and users
• Passion for all things off-roading, with a deep understanding of the auto-enthusiast community
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge positive relationships with fellow enthusiasts and partners
• Creative problem solver with a knack for executing content strategies by identifying the latest social trends
• Detail-oriented, effective multi-tasker with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is willing to collaborate with a group of passionate individuals
